As people are becoming less and less tolerant to telemarketing calls and are often getting angry at the representatives, companies are resorting to robo/ghost calls.
What these companies are not realising is that people don't even listen much to these calls and simply cut the calls right at the beginning.
What's the point in following such promotional practices - isn't it just a waste of marketing funds ....
Moreover, if the client is irritated will he/she buy your products/services? Before receiving the call this client may be neutral towards your company but after receiving the call, this fellow may decide not to deal with your company.
