Imagine that you are a business/professional person making payment online where OTP is required or are withdrawing cash from ATM requiring OTP and the phone rings. Since you are into business, it could be a call from a prospective client so you think that you will quickly say I will call back and will dial later. You wonder that if you do not pick the call, it may not be good for your business. So, you pick up the call but it happens to be a call from a person wanting to promote his/her own business. Due to Corona effect the irritability has increased in many people and perhaps, you can be so annoyed that you may decide not to buy services from this fellow.
So, the question is, is there any point in such telemarketing if it can potentially harm the business ..
