If you are noticing something like
in the top menu bar and/or something like
in the side bar of your blog, then the possible reason for this is of not loading the theme completely due to low timeout setting. To increase the timeout setting, go to Template > Edit HTML and towards the bottom you will see 0 (line 1625).
Increase the timeout setting depending on the internet connection speed of your blog visitors. A setting between 500 to 1000 can be tried. Poorer the internet speed, higher should be the timeout setting.
